Dr. Rev. Doyce is a respected public official has recently retired as the Chaplain General of the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP). With 29 years of experience in this role, he co-founded the Commissioner General’s Welfare Fund, a charity organization assisting orphans and widows of ZRP members and the general public. Dr. Rev. Doyce holds a PhD and additional qualifications in adult education, business management, and leadership. He brings extensive wisdom and ethical leadership to CARLSS as Chairman of Ethics and Corporate Governance.
