Previlege Pswarayi is an experienced insurance and risk practitioner with extensive expertise in both long and short-term insurance. He holds certifications and diplomas in insurance from the Insurance Institute of Zimbabwe. Previlege is currently partaking in an LLB Law degree with University of Africa. As the founder and former CEO of Pre-Vangie Investments, Mr. Pswarayi pioneered innovative insurance distribution models, including the first “one-stop” concept for motor vehicle third-party insurance at service stations nationwide. His career spans major insurance companies like Fidelity Life, NicozDiamond, and Regal Insurance, where he rose to the position of Assistant General Manager. Previlege is currently a Trustee, Director and the Group Chief Operations Officer for Intrepid Holdings, Principal Officer for Intrepid Multiple Agent which is a specialist manager for Sanctuary Insurance Company. Previlege is also a Senate member for the Centre for Asset Risk, Loss and Security Studies (CARLSS)and Royal Institute of Management and Engineering (RIME). Previlege is also the lead Project Manager for Intrepid Property Developers. Previlege brings valuable industry insights, operational systems, business analysis, investments and entrepreneurial acumen to CARLSS.
